- Note: Shipping to Russia and Ukraine is temporarily unavailable.
- Shipping Fee: Calculated automatically based on the total weight of the order.
- Delivery Issues / Lost Packages:
- Please note that NOTHING WRITTEN is not held responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the carrier, FedEx, confirms delivery or during local transit.
- In the event of a lost package, the customer must contact the local FedEx office directly to file a claim and handle the compensation process.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Inquiry Channel: All return/exchange requests must be submitted via our official email: info@nothing-written.com or cs@nothing-written.com
- Request Period: Requests must be made within 30 days of the original shipment date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.
- Exchange Policy: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- Shipping Costs: For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and any incurred customs duties/taxes.
- Tracking Number: After dispatching your return, you must provide the tracking number to our CS team via email. Failure to do so may result in a delay in your refund.
- Non-refundable Fees: Original shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.
REFUND PROCESS
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: The customer must first return the item via prepaid shipping. Once the item is confirmed as defective or incorrect by our team, we will issue a full refund including the return shipping cost reimbursement. Please provide a copy of the shipping receipt.
- Change of Mind: Sale items, leather products, and underwear are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded for any reason.
- In the case of defective or incorrect items, customers must contact our CS team in advance and follow the return procedure provided by our team. Exchanges are not available for these items.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
- For orders shipped to the United States, applicable duties and taxes are included in the shipping fee and will be shown at checkout.
- For all other destinations, customs duties or taxes may be charged upon delivery depending on the destination country.
